2018 Vascular Testing Symposium
This symposium was designed for technologists to stay up-to-date on new testing policies, protocols and techniques within the vascular specialty, and will cover various vascular disease processes, including: peripheral arterial disease, mesenteric ischemia, venous insufficiency, May-Thurner syndrome, giant cell arteritis and infection control policies in the vascular lab environment.
Physicians, vascular medicine, surgeons, surgery fellows, cardiologist
Physicians extenders, physician assistants and nurse practitioners
Nurses, in and out patient nurses who serve vascular patients
Registered vascular technologists and sonographers
To educate vascular staff on:
- Venous reflux
- lower arterial
- EVAR/stent imaging
- Infection control policies and procedures
Physicians (MDs and DOs) will receive AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™
All other attendees will receive attendence credit.
