Series Objectives: The objective is to review CQI data on individual patient cases, as well as, trends to identify improvement solutions and discuss among clinicians in a cross-departmental way.

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn 1.0 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for this activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

Accredited providers are required to submit learner completion data for each activity registered as meeting ABA MOCA requirements via PARS. Thus, your credit will be reported by the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville on your behalf 30 days’ post course.
