SYMPOSIUM FOR
ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDERS
Overview
Join us for an interprofessional, multidisciplinary discussion of up-to-date literature and practice patterns that directly affect patient care. Participate in discussions and lectures from our own upstate physicians and APPs. We will cover comprehensive stroke care, acid-base balance analysis, radiographic interpretation, infectious pharmacology, GI update, oncologic emergencies, common palliative care practice, legislative update, sepsis management, ventilator tips and cardiac care.
Target Audience
- Advanced practice providers
- All other clinical staff who are interested to learn more
Learning Objectives
- Update the learner with new information and practices on topics that are relevant to and directly effect the current practicing APP
- Assist the learner in recognizing the importance and benefits of collaboration among medical professions and the positive impact it can have on patient care
