Topic: "AWVs Flu (Previous Season Data + Documentation Education) End of FY Review"

Objectives: 

  1. Review division, practice, and provider-level quality data sets, noting trends and areas for improvement.
  2. Discuss and share best practices for quality improvement from high-performing practices.
  3. Outline the components necessary for billing AWVs.
  4. Review the most missed areas on the standard AWV template and our best practices to improve on the capture/completion of these areas.
  5. Discuss the expectations for HCC review and update during AWVs.
  6. Review division/system-level quality measures relating to AWV completion.
  7. Outline current system-based strategies to improve influenza vaccine administration.
  8. Review prior FY goals and achievements.
