Topic: Lobectomy vs Total Thyroidectomy

Objective(s): By the end of this session, learners will be able to compare the clinical outcomes, risks, and benefits of lobectomy versus total thyroidectomy with ipsilateral lateral neck dissection in patients with N1b intermediate-risk papillary thyroid carcinoma, and evaluate surgical decision-making based on recurrence rates, survival outcomes, and postoperative complications.
