Objectives: To understand the clinical, financial, and empirical data related to specific medications to make informed decisions. To understand the needs of PRISMA HEALTH physicians and patients related to medication use.  To add/delete appropriate medications to the PRISMA HEALTH formulary and/or limit the use of specific medications based on clinical, financial, and empirical data.  To be fiscally responsible with the PRISMA HEALTH formulary medications
