In this activity, a multidisciplinary group of physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other members of the ECMO patient care team meet to discuss recent ECMO cases and outcomes. Case reviews are presented, and then an open forum for discussion is available to team members. Program and quality data are also presented for shared decision-making purposes. Journal and research presentations are also a regular part of the monthly meetings. The journal presentations, on ECMO-related topics, are given by various team members throughout the year.
