  • Educate participants on what the Upstate Medical Legal Partnership (MLP) is and how we work.
  • Take a deeper dive into how we assess and decide best options for MLP referrals regarding guardianships and/or alternatives to guardianships.
  • Give examples of recent cases and share news about new South Carolina law relevant to these issues.
  • Answer questions from participants regarding the Upstate MLPs decision-making process for guardianship cases.
