Disclosure Summary

Series Objectives:
This CME activity will help with communication between multidisciplinary physicians by participation with an increased level of learner competence and positive input on patient care by a group discussion. Each physician being able to add insight based on their specialty. Enhance discussion between physicians of different background, education and specialties, further knowledge of all participants and resulting in an increase in patient care, assessments and treatments.

Series Target Audience:
Neurosurgeons, Ortho Spine Surgeon, PM&R Physicians, and Anesthesia Pain Management.
