Series Objectives: 

- Peer review of surgical complications and deaths for the specific purpose of identifying areas where care can be improved

- Reviewing complex reconstructive cases for the purpose of developing a care plan

- In review of specific cases, this conference is important for identifying systems issues (e.g. outdated policies, changes in patient identification procedures, arithmetic errors, etc.) which affect patient care
