Objectives: To describe current antimicrobial usage and resistance patterns. To describe current recommendations for treatment based on microbiology lab findings. To apply best practices and current recommendations for antimicrobial usage based on literature and microbiology lab findings. To create appropriate usage guidelines for GHS facilities. To evaluate usage data and resistance patterns after usage guidelines have been updated or changed.
