Series Objective:  This bimonthly live activity is committee learning for the purpose of making recommendations to the P&T Committee regarding antimicrobial formulary management.  This subcommittee is tasked with determining the appropriate antimicrobials to be on the GHS formulary based on their clinical, financial, and therapeutic data and outcomes.
