2019 Greenville Orthopaedic Day
Overview
Greenville orthopaedic day is designed to provide 4 didactic lectures on specific sub-specialty topics. This year's topic is foot and ankle surgery. The sub-specialty topics include an update on foot and ankle sports medicine, and syndesmotic injuries by Dr. Robert Anderson; team physician for the Green Bay Packers and previous AOFAS president. Additionally, Dr. Pinzur will give two talks on diabetic ankle fractures and an update on the Charcot foot. There will be a period for discussion and questions after each talk, as well as around the personal and professional experiences of the guest lecturers, who will also provide commentary to case presentations made by the residents.
