Topic: Aortic Coarctation
Objectives:
- Recognize clinical presentation of aortic coarctation across age groups
- Identify key physical exam findings of aortic coarctation
- Discuss common reasons for delayed or missed diagnosis of coarctation in neonates and infants
- Describe the initial stabilization and management of infants with critical coarctation and review indications for immediate cardiology consult and urgent transfer to a tertiary cardiac center
