Discuss the pendulum change and reasons why we are adding a Prostate Cancer Shared decision making care gap for primary care.  Discuss new data on risks, outcomes, patient counseling with our urology specialists in roundtable style, introduce the new care gap to appear in Epic and tools for PCPs and patients such as screening algorithms. Provide time for Q&A since this is a paradigm shift for many.
