To complete Step 2 for paying by Check there are two options:

  1. If paying by electronic check (EFT), please click here Prisma Health Upstate Continuing Medical Education Payment Portal (it will open in a new window) to process this transaction. A receipt will be provided to you through this option.
     
  2. If paying by paper check, please mail your checks ASAP to:

    • Checks should be made out to: Prisma Health Upstate Continuing Medical Education.
    • Include Your Organization Name and Spotlight Primary Care in the subject line.
    • Checks will be manually processed by the Prisma Health Business Office. 
    • The processed check from your bank provider can serve as the receipt.
