Objectives: 

  1. Review departmental, practice, and provider level quality data sets noting trends and areas for improvement.  
  2. Discuss and share best practices for quality improvement from high performing practices.  
  3. Review prior PDSA QI cycles with demonstrated improvement in targeted quality measures.  
  4. Discuss Epic EMR efficiency workflows that can be implemented on the provider level.
  5. Outline current system-based strategies to improve tobacco cessation.  
  6. Outline current system-based strategies to improve breast cancer screening.
