Topic: Management of the patient with hepato-renal syndrome: a case study; Opioid conversion practice

Objective(s):
Participants will increase their knowledge on hepato-renal syndrome as part of end-stage liver disease. Management complexities will be discussed. Selection of pharmaceutical interventions to reduce symptom burden will be reviewed. Case study presentation. Participants will also engage in problem-solving and calculating of opioid conversions/opioid rotations to increase accuracy and competence.
