This activity aims to support faculty fulfill their instructional responsibilities and improve instraction effectiveness to eventually ensure the school meets all requirements for compliance with LCME Accreditation standards.

The goal is to introduce faculty to the science of designing and developing instruction in a systematic approach. Faculty will be able to:

1. Identify desired results of the learning experience
2. Determine acceptable assessment evidence
3. Plan effective learning experience and instruction
4. Use systematic approach to develop, evaluate and implement instruction
