Series Objectives:
The purpose of this educational activity is to maintain current best practices in cardiology, interventional cardiology, heart failure, and electrophysiology. Through a combination of reading the latest journals, group discussion and case discussion as it pertains to current patient care, participants will be better equipped to provide current best practices and continually evaluate our groups decisions to ensure that patients are receiving the best possible treatment therapies.

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn 2.00 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for this activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
