Learning Objectives: Discuss available diabetes technologies and their role in managing patients with diabetes. Analyze the benefits of diabetes technology with regard to reducing A1C, hypoglycemia, postprandial hyperglycemia, and improving time in range. Discuss how interpretation of CGM results helps in the shared clinical decision making process and to modify a diabetes pharmacotherapy plan. Basics of insulin pumps and insulin pump and CGM integration.
