Monthly morbidity and mortality conference for the hospitalist division - each meeting, a hospitalist patient case is presented by a Hospitalist M&M committee member, in an effort to highlight a disease entity and/or opportunity for improvement in care and education for the hospitalist division at large.

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn 1.0 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for this activity.
