Series Objectives: This activity provides a forum for stroke team members and other interdisciplinary physicians to review cases resulting in mortality in order to identify specific interventions that can be developed to reduce it. In addition, this teaching environment will allow for discussion of mortalities and selected morbidities that will provide an educational opportunity for physicians and their team.
