Objective(s): The lectures series aims to increase the knowledge, competence and performance level in specific identified areas of professional development.  PDSA cycles will be conducted after each session by the planning committee in conjunction with the orthopaedic chief residents.  It is anticipated that professional development will improve resident performance as determined in the semi-annual Clinical Competency Council meetings by the core orthopaedic surgery faculty.
