Series Objective: Orthopaedic residency training should be much more than just the development of clinical and surgical skill. The residency program recognizes the value of modeling and teaching professional development as a specific part of the resident’s training.  Our goal is to see our residents become leaders within our field.  Therefore, we have developed a structured curriculum to help our residents develop and achieve their goals as leaders, educators, and clinicians.

*As of 12/18/2024, successful completion of this CME activity enables the participant to earn MOC points in the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery’s (ABOS) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants who are certified through ABOS are eligible to claim MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for this activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABOS MOC credit.
