Topic: Amniotic Fluid Embolism

Objectives: 

Identifying risk factors for AFE, understanding the underlying pathophysiology, recognizing the clinical presentation, differentiating AFE from other causes of maternal collapse, interpreting relevant diagnostic tests, and implementing prompt and appropriate management strategies for a suspected AFE patient, including resuscitation and addressing potential complications like coagulopathy.
