1. Learn how to stage a breast cancer patient both clinically and pathologically and the importance of each.
2. Discuss history of breast imaging and new research in order to improve patient care and outcomes.

Beginning August 14, 2025, this activity is eligible for sessions to additionally claim Maintenance of Certification for the American Board of Surgery (ABS).

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the case study discussion with a feedback component, enables the learner to earn credit toward the ABS Accredited CME and Self-Assessment requirements of the American Board of Surgery’s Continuous Certification program. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit learner completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABS credit.
