2. Recognize and develop a differential for vomiting with fever

3. Develop an appropriate workup for altered mental status

4. Be able to narrow differential based on history, physical exam and work-up.

5. Distinguish physical exam findings of Neisseria meningitis

6. Understand who requires post-exposure prophylaxis against N. meningitis
