Series Objectives: 

This monthly activity is a combination of site-specific and division-wide Hospitalist meetings that alternate every other month to discuss Hospitalist activities and metrics, departmental and system-based priorities and goals, and best practices. We will review financial and quality metrics, identify practice gaps, and provide solutions with shared learning. Departmental priorities and goals are shared, and conscious leadership is a focus of this activity. Each of these topics has a direct impact on patient experience and outcomes. Thus, 6 months of the year will be a division-wide meeting, and the other 6 months we will meet with each site individually.
