  • Describe the concept of “hittability” as it relates to tackling leadership challenges
  • Summarize the way in which one’s narrative lenses (beliefs, worldviews, and assumptions) frame leadership challenges.
  • Apply conversational domains to one’s day to day activities
  • Describe one’s limiting ways of being and acting as a leader including their impact on one’s effectiveness as a leader.
