Series Objective:  To understand the clinical, financial, and empirical data related to specific antimicrobial medications to make informed decisions. To understand the needs of PRISMA HEALTH physicians and patients related to antimicrobial use. To add/delete appropriate antimicrobial medications to the PRISMA HEALTH formulary and/or limit the use of specific antimicrobial medications based on clinical, financial, and empirical data. To be fiscally responsible with the PRISMA HEALTH formulary antimicrobial medications.
