Overview

The 15th Annual SC Pediatric Trauma and Injury Prevention Symposium is a statewide multidisciplinary learning event designed to improve the level of competence and comfort of the practitioner caring for an injured child.. 

Content focuses on the management of the injured child beginning in the pre-hospital setting and continues through their arrival in the hospital emergency department, hospitalization and subsequent discharge. Patient cases and considerations for treatment are shared, and injury prevention strategies integrated throughout.
