Neonatal Sepsis: An Update to the Guidelines
An asynchronous learning module to be completed by emergency department physicians as continuing medical education to help disseminate the most up-to-date evidenced based guidelines and in hopes to standardize the care for these febrile infants throughout our hospital system.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to
- identify the most up-to-date febrile infant guidelines
- implement the febrile infant guidelines in their patient practice in the emergency department
- utilize the febrile infant guidelines to provide standardized care which will help eliminate unnecessary tests and procedures and serve to appropriately screen for invasive bacterial infections in this patient population.
