This session will take place in collaboration with the Up-to-Date APP Conference from 1:15–5:15 p.m. at the USC Greenville School of Medicine, offering a focused opportunity to strengthen your teaching, feedback, and mentorship strategies.

We encourage participants to attend the APP Conference during the morning and enjoy the remainder of the afternoon lectures on demand, allowing you to maximize your learning experience across both programs.

Through interactive discussions, role-play coaching, and practical exercises, you’ll learn how to:

• Foster self-awareness and guide learners through meaningful growth conversations.
• Support independence and autonomy in a psychologically safe environment.
• Deliver effective, actionable feedback using tools like Ask-Tell-Ask and SBAR.
• Evaluate clinical reasoning and professionalism with structured rubrics and reflective dialogue.

The workshop concludes with a collaborative wrap-up and reflection session to help you identify key takeaways, refine your precepting style, and create a personalized action plan.
