Series Objectives:
The quarterly medical staff meetings are held to discuss quality indicators, best practices, and get an update on the system level as well as regional level. In each meeting the Medical Staff members work together to solve specific problems, brainstorming new ideas, keeping Medical Staff members informed on new initiatives, discuss areas of change in regards to quality of patient care, patient satisfaction and other areas needing improvement.
