Series Objectives: The Hematology Conference offers an opportunity to focus on patient cases and align on treatment strategies across disciplines for ideal patient care and/or the review of treatment strategies based on outcomes. Based on the discussion around treatment strategies, new medical knowledge will ideally be addressed and application per patient case evaluated.
