Our Hospitalist group holds a structured meeting every two months to review and optimize our clinical operations. These sessions focus on patient admission volumes, workflow efficiencies, daily responsibilities, and coordination of care with other specialties. The goal is to promote consistency in practice, improve patient care, and support overall provider well-being. Each meeting includes collaborative discussion and actionable planning to ensure alignment across the team.
