This monthly recurring continuing education activity allows physicians and APCs in the Laurens emergency department and other interested departments to review strategies to improve throughput, patient experience, safety, and quality. The meeting covers individual throughput metrics and goes over nationally vetted guidelines for quality care. Updates from the Upstate Stroke, STEMI, Sepsis, and other committees and coordinators are discussed.
