The aim of the neurology M& M Conference is to maintain and improve the quality of patient care by enabling team members to acknowledge adverse events and medical errors that result in morbidity or mortality. Through case studies and open discussion, department-wide issues are examined within a forum that allows for interprofessional communication and that also facilitates cumulative learning and experiences among team members of the neurology department.
