This is a follow up session to the “Pathway of the Prescription” community forum. Presenters will identify the historical impact on current state and national strategies to improve safety, and increase knowledge of all health professionals on their role in the cultural change in opioid use.  Gaps in knowledge regarding Opioid Epidemic, appropriate and safe use, storage, and destruction of medications will also be discussed.
