Women and men have sex and gender differences that have an impact on health and illness and thus should affect medical management. We invite you to participate in a faculty development workshop designed to pilot a toolkit that can be used to update curricular materials such as lectures or PowerPoint slides for sex and gender inclusivity. The workshop will focus on the latest sex and gender considerations for medical education. It includes a hands-on activity where you can assess your own curricular materials to identify areas needing updates. Faculty who attend the workshop will be invited to participate in a quality improvement project involving two short surveys to provide feedback on the toolkit.
