Series Objective:
The practice of spinal surgery requires an in-depth understanding of spinal disease anatomy, pathogenesis, and treatment options. A critical understanding of surgical and non-surgical treatment options is necessary to be able to effectively counsel patients about their treatment options and provide patient-centered care. This activity strives to promote high-level patient care by fostering the ability to continually reassess care results, apply quality improvement principles, and render care ethically.

*As of 11/15/2024, successful completion of this CME activity enables the participant to earn MOC points in the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery’s (ABOS) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program.
