Series Objectives:
A structured case review process where trauma team members and neurosurgical team members collaboratively evaluate patient care, clinical decision-making, and adherence to established guidelines. The goal is to identify opportunities for improvement, share best practices, and ensure quality and consistency in trauma care delivery.
