Topic: Airway trauma in glidescope intubations. Ongoing medication errors. A case of peripartum mortality.

Objectives

Enhance anesthesiologists' and anesthetists' awareness of adverse events and anesthesia complications occurring in our department and nationwide. Provide a forum for the discussion of complications and medical errors that enhances providers' ability to develop solutions to these problems. Enhance patient safety and improve quality of care. Improve understanding of key concepts important to the practice of anesthesiology.
