Overview


Welcome to the 2023 APP Conference registration!
Prisma Health, the Clemson University School of Nursing and the Appalachian American Alliance of Nurse Practitioners present the 2023 APP Conference, a symposium for advanced practice providers, Saturday, March 11, in Greenville. 
The conference, held at the Clemson University Nursing building, will feature a keynote message from Deborah Lowery, Corporate Director of Storytelling at Ballad Health in Johnson City, TN. Other speakers and topics were chosen to reflect the needs expressed at the close of last year’s conference. 
The conference will open at 7:50 a.m. with Lowery, who will discuss storytelling as a component of the patient experience.  The remainder of the morning will focus on topics that include updates in oncology, pharmacology and the use of controlled substances.
On Saturday afternoon, the group will have the option to follow one of two lecture tracks: 

Track 1: Inpatient Topics 
Track 2: Outpatient Topics 
Track 3: Pediatric Topics 
Track 4: Surgery Topics 

At the conclusion of the didactic portion of the conference, a networking event will be held at the Clemson University School of Nursing.
