Ischemia & Infarct on the ECG

This lecture will review how to localize the ventricular anatomy on the ECG tracing.  We will interpret regional ST elevation in diagnosis of an acute myocardial infarction. There will also be a review of ST depression, T wave changes, Wellen’s Syndrome, LV aneurysm, Understanding pathologic waves in ACS, and diagnosis of ST elevation myocardial infarction in setting of a LBBB and paced rhythms.
