The CME Team requests your participation in assessing attended sessions for the 2022-23 POCUS Eye by POCUS regularly scheduled series (RSS). 
  
Your feedback will provide:  
•    Valuable data that can be utilized towards activity improvement;
•    Insight on strengths and areas of growth; and
•    Metrics to gain a better understanding of the participants’ perspective on the activity.

*You may receive several requests to assess different RSS activities. Your feedback is requested for each activity in which you participated. Please only submit one evaluation per activity.
